Mundy was a popular author of speculative fiction and adventure who was a member of the Point Loma TS. This is his only non-fiction work, where he outlines his Theosophical beliefs. His core ideas: the business of living is to enjoy (‘charge with joy’) life, life is the evolution of consciousness not things, things are the products of consciousness, consciousness evolves towards Wisdom, progress is evolution, misery is solely caused by resistance to evolving consciousness, health is more contagious than disease, you are your only judge and benefactor, nothing in the universe is either more or less important than you are.
