H P Blavatsky wrote extensively on many subjects over the course of her public career. One of the many subjects was the Kabala, the emanationist system of mysticism historically associated (but not restricted to) Judaism. The author explains that she went to some lengths in ‘The Secret Doctrine’ to reconcile at least the basic ideas of the Kabala with the fundamental teachings of theosophy.
